In Therapy your SUPPOSE to be YOURSELF.
If you're therapist is thinking of YOUR question, she will probally ask you 'why you want to swear'
I (me) swear when I get rolling, my emotions get rolling, the angry coming spuring out... BUT if I'd held it in.... I wouldn't have been able to JUST GO WITH MY FEELINGS. Also Cuz I might end up taking it out someone undeserving at an inapproiate time....

You shouldn't have to have permission to swear.
It would just be a MORE way to express the emotion - That's what I'd say!

The first my therapist swore I thought whoa - though I'd always swore
P.S.

Better to let it out than hold it in - cuz it could just explode
