The Host's Grandmother refused to take things seriously, to put it mildly. Someone on here said "if no one will listen, it's time to take action and call 911. They will listen."
They helped, put didn't...We are in the middle of being extreamly glad and extremely angry...it was not an easy evening. *sigh*
