yes, good advice here.
whatever you do, go natural and gentle because you do not want to keep on shedding the bowel wall.
the best thing is to have enough fiber in your diet, and then, when you need to cleanse better, any of the above ~ and make sure you are not moving things too fast ... this way you will not eliminate the beneficial nutrients your body needs along with the rest.
if one goes too fast ~ too often, we are eliminating too soon, and this causes dehydration, malnutrition, and dispelling certain medications even, that didn't get a chance to be absorbed.
be well, and eat well.
ever try a fiber supplement? eat more yogurt? try a probiotic?
you know, I have issues, right? well, I will have a bowl of bran cereal at night sometimes... with some fruit, or yogurt, or a powdered probiotic in a fruit smoothie, (as the liquid probiotics lose their strength in a short time).
our bodies are tremendous and brilliant. it knows what to do, and if it's disturbed by our medicine, or foods, or other health issue, it tells us.
same with the responses we get for what works best for us ~ try a couple things mentioned and see what feels best for you ~ your body will let you know what works best.
I was made to understand that our colons work well, (if they aren't diseased of course), and work at cleaning all the time, so, if you need a little help here and there do to what you have put inside it... or an illness... more fiber and water or something written up above in other posts, (and definitely exercising will help keep you running smoothly), rather than purchasing expensive detox kits that may or may not have the clinical trials to show their safety, you know?
if you are considering something, check it out carefully.
peace and wellness,
night
xoxo
