I've never heard of "memory testing", now you've got me curious. It may have to do with losing time and therefore memory gaps or how much certain alts may remember about the life they all are sharing.

I don't think it is meant to be anything scary or threatening - the more info your T has the better he/she can help you. Try not to be anxious if you can.
