Medical supply stores carry rubber bottoms to put on them in many colors. the black ones tend to leave skid marks with my mother but the tan and brown ones are duable enough not to lead skid marks. They are more expensive in a medical suppy shop than they are in the grocery store and pharmacys but are well worth it.
