Dear Pom , the only way I can have an extraction is by sedation.
I pass out about a minute into getting local anesthesia.
The only thing that bothered me is I had short term memory loss.
All I could remember was getting the intervenous. Anything after
that , like going home or picking up prescriptions was a total blur.
You MUST have someone with you or they won't perform the
surgery. I just recently went in for scaling and polishing and I
was surprised I made it through that no problem. It's like any
fear , the more you do it the easier it gets.
