last night i lost it, i dont even know what i wanted if it was just to sleep or what it was but i ended up OD i ended up going to hospital an spoke to the crisis team there but i said i was ok an wanted to go home i was allowed only if i signed something saying i wouldnt harm.. now i just feel guilty and yuk been vomittin all day. n now because of my actions i have hurt those i love around me an im sorry
