So, that is painting everyone with the same brush. Everyone? I think not.

Problem is, I've got what I've got and I don't think I could cope with the workplace and even family life after I leave my dad's house.

We all 'have what we have' and maybe you can cope with some workplaces and some family life other than where you are now. Don't be too hasty to think otherwise.

I hope I leave soon too since he says he'll probably get remarried in the next decade and he's so much better single. Not in the near future will I move out though.

Anytime I think 'decade' I am doomed. I think it might be best to plan for the future but try to fill it with some positives. Sounds like a bit too much 'fear' is getting in and wrecking your good judgement about the future.

See, here is all your good judgment:

Sometimes..no..often..I want to be famous..you'll have to guess which field..but I often do want to be famous. But, being an A list famous person isn't always easy. Comes with it's own set of problems and the grass isn't always greener on the other lawn.

I just hate to live off of others in one way or another despite having disabilities..I don't think I'll find a job I'll like in this climate if I can't make a living or be famous doing what I love to do.

We really like what Elysium had to say about giving it a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, hey?

So, I'll otherwise remain dependent. Which sucks..but roughly 85% of people with my disability are dependent and essentially can't pull their own weight. So, in that case, I'm not doing too bad..in relative terms..With Aspergers..my main condition, we may think we're all smart and in plenty of cases, superior in intelligence to others but as a person with the disability, I will say that's for the most part, not the case. If that was true, Elite Universities would be lining up to admit us..and we'd be in demand. Big time. If we are as smart as we say, why aren't people with Aspergers Syndrome running ****? We're usually not dumb..but we're no smarter than the "Neurotypicals" or non autistic people many Autistics complain about.

We have wondered about the answer to this question too. Perhaps in the not-to-distant-future we'll all be enrolled in universities online and otherwise and nobody will know what the other person 'has' (sort of). I dream about that day, sometimes. Trust me, the future for all will look quite different than it does now.

Anyway, I just had to get that out there. Happy 4th of July everyone.

Very, very cool and glad you got it out there. Happy 4th to you!
