You are NOT a failure. There are always ups and downs in all recovery. This is just a hard time one of the things you. What are some safe things that you could do. one of the things I would suggest is to get paper and a writting tool. I would then just let yourself write your emotions and thoughts. It doesn't have to make sense. Just writewhat comes to mind. if nothing is comming just draw pictures and see what happens. Then in the end if you want you can just rip the paper up.
