I know that the hospice care givers that helped my mother for the last 5 days of her life have several different grief support groups. They cover the sudden, unexpected deaths surrounding accidents & suicides, help for families who lost someone after a longterm illness like cancer, stroke, etc. They even provide counseling to help determine what kind of help might be needed like in my case where there was a trauma involved before my Mother died such that I haven't been able to get to the point of grieving. Sometimes churches provide support groups also. If you can find the support you need here, that is great also. I guess it is a matter of finding what it is that helps you deal with your issues. It would be so hard to lose your T especially if there was a very close bond that was built between you.
I hope you can find what you need for help,
Debbie
