I'm not sure what situation prompted you to move, but I know that when my depression hits hard all I can think about is escaping. I start looking at want ads, at new schools, at new cities or countries... anything to get me out of the place and state of mind I'm in.

Don't be too hard on yourself. If you need to go back to bed, do it. Do whatever you have to in order to alleviate some of the pain.
