Being a happier person starts with finding out who you really are, somewhat of a self discovery. Find one thing that you enjoy more than anything else and make it your passion. Whenever you are depressed you can do this activity and it will probably make you feel better. as for the specific kind of depression that you have I am not sure about however depression in general can be somewhat of a risky thing. I would suggest searching for another therapist because they can help you with it. You could try asking your primary care doctor to reccomend some good ones or something. Meds alone can not solve the problem. Even if you decide to not visit another therapist try talking to a trustworthy friend or relative, I have read that just talking about your feelings to someone who is willing to listen is very beneficial.
