It sounds like your hormones are bringing up a lot of anger for you, which is normal. When you start to get angry take some deep breaths and count to ten, this may help you calm down. Sometimes even a short walk can help the anger calm a bit.
You have no control over where you live, I know that can be upsetting but it's the way things work when you are young, one day you will have that choice but that is not today. For now try to make the best of it, maybe try to make some new friends and find some things that you do enjoy about where you are and remember when you are older it will be your choice where you live.
