I am sorry you are feeling this way. You have nothing to feel bad about. If you need to stay in bed then it is okay. Take care of you and do something good for yourself. I know that at times it is sooo hard to get out of bed. You want to just disappear from the world and everything in it. Sometimes just taking a minute at a time is too much. Just remember that you are important and that you do matter. Know that we are here to listen and not judge you. You do what you need to do to take care of yourself.

Sometimes taking a time out and just being helps. I do hope you will keep posting and let us know how you are doing. Know we care and are here. I send you a gentle hug if that is okay.
