I am sorry you are feeling so depressed. I know how it can be devastating. I wish I could snap my fingers and make it go away for you. I understand how you feel and can tell you that writing is a good way to get it out and express what you feel. Sometimes, screaming into a pillow can help too. I hope you will do something for yourself that is kind and that you like to do. I hope you will keep posting for that sometimes helps.
Know you are not alone, that we are here and listening. That we care. Take time to breath slowly--that might help you calm down too. Do you take anything that could help you calm down the anxiety?
