I have NO heat tolerance, and the only suggestion I can make is to take a HOT shower (not a cool one) the cool ones feel good as while you're in them, but as soon as you're out you start to feel the heat again. Taking as hot a shower as you can stand will heat your skin past the temp of the room and when you get out and for a good while afterward you will feel cool. This is why I am happy to live in MN and NH and MA and will NEVER live farther south than Connecticut or Iowa I can take the cold, you can put on a sweater or jacket, but you can't take off your skin in the summer....
