I have to turn to look at her clock; she needs only to glance up.

Last time I was there I remember looking over there, and the clock didn't seem to have moved since the last time I looked at it (although it seemed to me that a lot of time had passed). I told T, oh good, your clock has stopped, lol. She looked a little startled
