May Trigger
I have not been doing very good for the last few weeks. I was in the hospital and they took me off of several of my meds.
I have been having nightmares and anxiety attacks. And today I went to the dr finally and I have an "infected throat" and gave me an antibiotic.
When I am sick my voices get really bad and then I start to feel like cutting even more.
My friend is mad at me and I have no idea what I did to her. Other than give her MY money. And she ends up never paying me back. Right now I feel like cutting but instead i am going to do some writing that I have to have ready for a meeting tomorrow.
