You are not a piece 'o crap! You are a wonderful person that is just having a rough go right now.
Just because you didn't do your "exercises" that the T asked, doesn't mean that he will dump you. The T will not do that . They are there for you and so are we.
Call Him! IF you do it will make you feel better and get you on the straight track.
