Yea, my asthma is much better too! Isn't it great how the symptoms go away so quickly when we don't smoke? You'd *think* that would be enough for us to stay smoke free! LOL!
As for eating all the time, let me give you a hint.
Have those little baby carrots and cut veggies on hand and close by all the time. And drink LOTS of water! You do not want to gain a ton of weight now. And our metabolism does slow down just a *bit* when we quit. So, the two combined -- eating more with a slower metabolism -- can easily be a disaster for us. A word to the wise is sufficient, as my old teachers used to say!
How's it going for you? You know the benefits of quitting but, did you know that your body rids itself of nicotine in just 3-5 days? It's really amazing what the healing capacity of our bodies are.
