Just as your depression feels right to you, you have to try and turn that around.
Force yourself to do things that you know you need to do. Put on some uplifting music. Dance around. Make yourself do it. I know its hard. Its easier to crawl into bed and sleep or watch TV. Beleive I know. Just try and force yourself to do the things you know you need to do. In the long run you will benefit from it. Hang in there. Much love to ya!!!
