Oh brother! I went to sit down last night and automatically curled my feet under me and of course was not thinking about my knee injury and injured it again. I curled my left knee under me and started to sit. It was the same position that caused the injury and now it hurts like crazy except it has a different quality to it and also hurts all down the leg and foot. It hurts to put any pressure on it from thigh down. Sitting is no fun and I am on a flight tomorrow for about 5 hours total of sitting. I am quite distressed and will need to have extra meds. I was feeling much better. I do hate that I did this to myself. I hate that I did it to begin with. Wish I could blame someone else so I didn't feel like such a jackass. Ahh, alas, I will heal through surgery or not.
