I have CBT with my T but she has incorporated Mindfulness and Acceptance therapy into our "curriculum". I find it extremely difficult(the acceptance part is easier for me) to practice Mindfulness......but it is great to see you get much out of it.......the longest I could do it was eating a sultana for 3 minutes in hospital.......I was on valium at the time so I was cheating!! I often do it when I am doing the dishes or hanging out the clothes. When you can achieve that state, it is very rewarding and "still"........good stuff!
