I do exactly that, but I "voluntarily" let her read it. That his how we spend our session time together. I let her read the enteries, but do not let her read them out loud no matter what. I find that it's best for me to not re-read because then I feel much worse/better when I "revisit" those moments and days. When She reads them, we pick from a list of the top 3 or 4 priorities that we need to talk about, beginning with the most important one that she finds to be the most pressing issue. After my session with her, I write a session reflection. I talk about if/if not our session was good, what did I forget to let her know, and then analyze our session with what skills I did use while I wrote those entries during the week and what could I have done if I had to be put back in that situation as far as skill usage that would be positive.
Great to hear from you, PM me anytime

"To dwell in the here and the now does not mean you never think about the past or responsibility, plan for the future. The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about past or worries about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness by looking into the past, but you are still grounded in the present moment"
