What does the doctor say? Anything they can do about it, operate or anything? My friend has had success with a couple operations but still has trouble if he does too much. It's hard to know how much activity to do and how much to "rest". I get really achey if I just sit here at the computer all day without knowing it; feels better until I go to move :-)
