Do you feel as confused as I do...? I'm sort of "exited" to learn more... to get to know my alter... but at the same time I feel so scared and worried. I have such a hard time really taking it all in. I know I'm pushing her away... but I don't know how to talk to or take care of her.
I've got 2 close friends with DID - to understand and be there for them and their alters - seem so much easier than to deal with my own situation.
