you can do it - yes, you have LOTS of anxiety, but you can get back into the world and make it. Think positive!!!!

it's hard to be positive - i had a therapist tell me once that 'humans are wired to be negative'. I know from my own experience that the negative, anxious, and depressing thoughts come much easier than do the positive ones, but you can help yourself by making the effort to think positive.
Sometimes to try and help myself I look at how beautiful the trees, plants, grass, flowers, etc are around. look at the beautiful rain and lightening (violent yes, but beautiful to me anyway). To be positive though you have to make an effort at it.
