Ok here it goes...
1) I dont feel its a good thing to tell someone to leave if they dont like something here. Its not a help to them emotionally or mentally to progress with feeling safe here. I for one have issues with rejection. Its very triggering to me. And for me being told that is like being rejected.

2) I would like to see a fair playing field here for all members. Everone treated equally and like humans. With kindness, consideration , and yes even humor if its appropriate for the situation .

3) I would like to see forums for non-religious/ religious posts, maybe political too and a teen forum I think would be nice too .

4) I would like and explanation when a post gets deleted, locked, moved. And maybe see if it would be considered to let the poster edit the part that conflicts with the guidelines. Maybe give the poster a chance to change or delete it. Some of us feel like we are treated like kids being scolded in front of our friends when a mod does it . Maybe thru a pm the mod could make a suggestion as to what else could be said or expressed that would be with in the guidlines. That way the poster is left feeling like they have some dignity and integrity left? And they know that they also have the ability to think it thru another way and make it right themselves. Wouldnt this be a good thing for building ocnfidence? Just a thought.

Thanks for doing this Doc. I hope lots of these suggestions can be used. This was truely a good thing to do .
