Bipolar is so very difficult. I never know when the depression part is going to pop it's ugly head. Which it has lately. As well as the brain behaving badly. Which may be my new medications. I will talk about this immediately to my doctor - just can't seem to get out of the depression mood of Bipolar which seems like FOREVER.

I haven't had any major manic esposides - Which is okay, but sometimes I like it. People think I'm totally off my rocker and stay away from me during these times.

I do like the extra energy I have when the Up side of my Bipolar is around. I take advantage of it and get lots of things done.

Yes, I hate biplor as well. But I know nothing else BUT this way of life.
