Your efforts count...recognizing there are ways to help yourself is extremely important.
My own experience is that some days I had to try and be positive for 10 minutes, or an hour, that a whole day felt overwhelming to me. If I reduced the time, it helped.
I know those 10 minutes added up, but it was still what I could handle at the time.
