Thanks, January. It does a bit, physio said it was to keep it in the wrist's "neutral position". All I know is that it means I can only type with a couple of fingers on my left hand, because the support keeps them all close together...it does seem to be helping, though!

I can notice a difference when I don't wear it. I hope it gets better soon as well, at this rate it doesn't look like I'll be able to go back to orchestra next year, which sucks.
