Almost midnight to you! Have you tried meditation? It helps me relax quite a bit

Like ... imagine a lolor you like... associate some memory... hopefully good with the color... go thru about 5 colors... until you get to the place or memory that is most peaceful or happiest for you... then come back... the same way... and close all the colors around you, and tell yourself you are ok and relaxed. The process should take about 20-30 mins.... but you may fall asleep while you are doing it

Oh forgot... make sure you tense everything in your body before you begin... ie. say fingers... I am there... toes... I am there... spine... etc. Hope this helps
