it is sooooooo nice to see that so many of ye all IS glad we is here..............
we is really haevign truble adjkusting back to life since beened outta hospital
it still stinks most of the time but don is really trying hard to be good tu beads adn that helps a whole whole lot!
beads still realy down tho anyway catn get outta this rut so tired of being scared ALL the time the fear we just CANNOT seemt to push it outathe way and it makes her feel very stupid that her cannot it is only feeling we has ever realy bveened in touch wth the fear we mean it has always been there no matter where we are or what is going on
nite is the worst of all and it is of course really hightime we shuold try to hit the sack we took her meds while ago we is good at avoiding going to bed at nite cause it is so terrifyign every nite to wakes up from
