Sorry you are having such a bad day. I understand what you are saying, but I so hope that things will change. I know the feelings you are having but know that you are worth being heard and that we do care very much. I am glad you could let us know how you are feeling. That in and of itself says that you are fighting.

Know that we are here for you and will be. You are important and I hope you believe that. Remember to take one minute or one second at a time if you need to. Do something kind for yourself and BREATH. Don't let depression win. Just knowing you came here is a good step.
