Thank you for sharing and for reaching out. I know it is hard but you are taking a step. Reaching one moment at a time is important. Taking it in little strides--5 minutes at a time if you need to. Maybe even one minute or second at a time is something.
I know how anxiety is and yes it is crippling at times. But you are doing it and that is something to be commended. I hope sitting in the sun will help you. Please be kind to yourself. Do something good for you. If you make it even one minute today----that is something to be rewarding about.
You are worth it and knowing how hard you are trying is so wonderful. Hope is good and faking it is okay. Just please take care of you. Remember we are here for you always and that we are your friends.
Depression lies to us and fighting it to put it back in its place is so important. You are worthy of good and being happy. Keep pushng forth and know that we are here to encourage and support you. Even if it gets to be too much----you did your best.
