ARRGGGHH! He's some family gossip that shows some of my day to day type stress:

Any additional stress experienced when one has PTSD only adds to the problem...

My 85 year old mother totalled her car Monday. She's ok. I've had to deal with it and her, and other family etc etc you do know what I mean. Now she isn't going to drive... and I know she will try and rely upon me for some transportation (not happening.)

Then, my ex has always been slow with the alimony (like this is new to anyone?) but I found out he just spent some $8,000.00 for his expenses in trying to earn a doctorate... and then he had spent just as much for an additional master's degree... so I sent him a written message telling him I would no longer tolerate his lateness of his court-ordered debt to me as his first wife. To say the least, he lost it! He wrote me to "get over it" and how if I didn't back off he would tell our sons all my lies about our being married in the first place. HUH?

He also explained how he took our a loan from his church to get his (2nd) master's... and how his father is in a nursing home with alzheimers, and his mother is in hospital with broken hip and and and ... no money blah blah blah.

SO? Anyway, he then wrote again, saying ok, give him the information for a direct deposit into my checking account and to hurry up because HE'S GOING AWAY FOR A WEEK at the end of the month. No money, huh? LOL

This was his first communication between us in the 12 years since the divorce... and he's still angry? go figure. Plus, the lies he told ME... about things I know and lived through with him... I think HE'S the one getting alzheimers.

sigh. anyway that's part of my week of late.

I am a bit concerned about the ex's temper now that I think about it... to see what just asking him to pay on time did. He happened to say he was so broke he is trying to get his retirement money early with a %10 penalty. What he doesn't know, yet, is that I get 50% of it! I think he will certainly come totally UNGLUED when he finds that out.

so talk about stressors!
