I've felt like this all my life too. What you said, I could've said! You took the words straight out of my mouth.

I think it'd be good to talk to someone about how you feel, before it does cause more problems for you. You need to look at it and work on why you may feel this way. i think that's the best way around it. I wish I'd looked at it when it first started, because now I have an ED and it's really not a nice place to be.
