I had/have that problem from Zoloft, and my pdoc added Wellbutrin to it. I've tried Wellbutrin on its own before, and I was extremely jittery and nervous. But combining it with Zoloft, at least for me, reduces some of the anxiety from the Wellbutrin. And it has been helpful sexually...I have actually found myself thinking/fantasizing about sex on my own.

BTW, my pdoc did say that Viagra was an option for me (I'm a female), and that even though its not approved for women, many women have had success with it.
