Hello. I'm not a psychologist. It could be a few things I presume. First, you could have viewed something on TV about a miscarriage and subconsciously it sunk into your brain. OR possibly, you would like to have a child someday but you might have some doubts as to whether you will be able to have a kid and you have a small fear of not being able to give birth and this dream represents that.
