I thought I already posted this.. but I lost it..lol...
Anyways, Cali, may I ask what meds you are on? I know it can be tough finding the right ones. I'm no expert, but I don't think they were really working for me. Sometimes I wonder what they are really supposed to do. I felt happy when I was on them, but that was becaus I was usually in a deep depression right before them. I usually go thru cycles. Really happy, deep depression, back to happy... even when off of the pills. I know it sounds like bipolar possibly, but I was checked fro that.
Anyways, We all really should stick together and help each other out. I really think that this may be the only way I can get help. And I really want to get all the help I can get. I'll help you all as best as I can too...
