I'm sorry you feel so down and hope you feel better soon...
In a way you answered your own question; "I have hit a rough patch right now."
We know it will pass but it's awfully hard waiting for it to ease off...
Perhaps forcing yourself to go to the grocer's and getting outside and away from those four walls and into the sun will break the cycle.
Sometimes that works for me.
