I am sorry you are having a tough time right now. Hang in there because things will change and you will have days you feel better. Hopefully soon.
My only suggestion is try to do something fun every single day. Listen to a song, or read a favorite magazine or just plan ahead to watch a show you like on TV. May I suggest Spongebob Squarepants?
That helps me on my down days to realize that though I feel like crap I can still choose to do something I enjoy even if it is only for fifteen minutes.
