Yesterday's visit went surprisingly well
Kept to my plan.
stayed for about 2-1/2 hrs.
didn't take any of the "bate" she put out there.
Still processing but saw T today.

Learned a new mantra: I love the life I NOW have.

Thank you all for your support.
Now to get back into the swing and life in the present.
Not that things haven't been stirred up, but T will be away all next week
so I will be doing more in the way of grounding work and focusing on
each "today" and what RL things need to be done--like the garden is way over producing faster than I can eat, give away or freeze.
Gotta love it!!! Last yr we had a non productive garden--this yr it is flourishing.
