Possibly taking the Lexapro in the morning would work? When I was on that briefly, I was told that if it made me more alert to take it in the morning, but if it made me drowsy to take it in the evening. So maybe you could adjust the time you take the Lexapro according to how it affects you.
That's what my step-brother use to do as well, but like you said, everyone is different, so I don't know what to expect. I feel like I'll be in the same boat with you about the Trazadone...that won't last long with me because of the possible hangover effect that I will most likely suffer through.
