Has anyone ever gotten an emergancy order of protection then withdrawn it on the day of court. I have made the decsion to let my husband move back in. I am concerned about him having visitation with the children every other weekend. He has never been alone with them more then 10 hours, never days in a row and he gets very frustated with them. I am always there to let him leave and blow off steam. If this order goes through he will be alone with them from fri thru sun. I don't care what he says to me. I don't care if he hurts me just not my beatiful boys.
