Anyone do Emotional Freedom Technique? I've been reading the manual - you can get it free online. I would like to see it demonstrated, and also know what others really think of it. The author, Gary Craig, seems to be trying too hard to use case studies to show how miraculous this is. I have hesitancies about spending the money for the DVD sets, although I'd like to see them. And I'm wondering if this is something to try teaching to others, or if I shouldn't chance it since it isn't evidence-based by professionally accepted definitions.
