They say number 7, you SHOULD do. You should get up and change rooms if you cannot sleep, then try again later on.
I have a lot of sleeping issues, insomnia to be precise, I wake up several times, I can't settle and get to sleep, blah blah. I was awake until 8am this morning then went to sleep, woke up a few times too. I tend to do that a lot. Fail to sleep at night, too tired to make it through the day. I've been up for days on end before. It's worse on some days, better on others.
I'll be taking a Zopiclone tonight to try and help me drift off. I was prescribed 14 tablets to take every other night. I'm probably down to the last few now. But short term medication, I find, doesn't help all that much, as you're just back to square one when you are done with them.
