I agree with above post - if he does MORE than hurt you, who will be there for your children??? If you are still married, and the Order of Protection was just gotten , and you have not been to Court yet - he would have no visitation rights for some time. That happens when someone files for legal separation . Please give this some more thought before you ASK to have the Order of Protection withdrawn.
