I know you can do this even though it is hard. Yes, they do put so much on you----more than you should have----but in taking one day at a time, I believe that you can do this. Taking two steps forward and three steps back is the way it seems to always be----but as long as you keep pressing forward one of these days you will beat the steps and things will go forward.
