It's so hard to know what's going on in the life of the person on the other side of the screen. I know for me, there are times when I read a post and want to respond only to find myself in a different place later in the day. It isn't until I come back to read other responses that I realize I never did respond, even though I really wanted to.

I think everyone here does the best they can. It's so good to see people reach out to others here, especially as so many of us are just learning what that is like due to events in our past.
